We are going to commend the historic Anglican Daily Office (Morning and Evening Prayer) and help people try it on for size.  Below is provided specific guidance on learning to navigate the Daily lectionary and learning to pray with the sun, in its rising and in its setting.  Don't think of this so much as an academic subject to be learned but as a spiritual discipline to be acquired.  It can be life-changing.
